Join award-winning Director Sarah Ticho to explore Soul Paint, an immersive VR experience at the intersection of extended realities (XR) and health and wellbeing.

Participants will be taken on a journey, to discover and creatively express feelings of emotion and sensations in the body, through the process of bodymapping, 3D drawing and movement.

"Using interactive technology this experience encourages new forms of embodied insight, allowing us to reflect on the diversity of human experience on an individual and global level." - SoulPaint.co

After trying Soul Paint for yourself, consider how you might design impactful and human-centred experiences for wellness.

Find out what inspired the process to create the work, and get practical insights for partnering with the NHS for your own creative project.

No previous experience or equipment required.
